Commemoration of Tuesday within the 7th Week after the Octave of Pentecost

Ant. Non potest arbor bona fructus malos fácere, nec arbor mala fructus bonos fácere. Omnis arbor quæ non facit fructum bonum, excidétur, et in ignem mittétur, allelúia.

Ant. A good tree cannot produce bad fruit, nor can a bad tree produce good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit will be cut down and cast into the fire, alleluia.

Deus, cuius providéntia in sui dispositióne non fállitur: te súpplices exorámus; ut nóxia cuncta submóveas, et ómnia nobis profutúra concédas.

O God, whose providence is not deceived in the ordering of its design, we humbly implore you: remove all that is harmful, and grant us all that shall profit us.
